One Wise Angel
And so it is to this day, all the goodness and wisdom of God and all his angels becomes buried and hidden deep within the hearts of all people of every color, every country, of every religion and belief as they learn and grow from little sweet innocent children to adults. “Lest we become as little children we shall not enter the Kingdom of God. “ It can take a life time to unlearn it all. So, to find your goodness and wisdom the richest treasure of all; you must learn to listen from the heart, where you will find the greatest treasure of all; the truth of who you are, then you will see everyone for who they really are; as perfect and innocent as little children.
If there is light in the soul
"If there is light in the soul, there will be beauty in the person. If there is beauty in the person, there will be harmony in the home. If there is harmony in the home, there will be order in the nation. If there is order in the nation, there will be peace in the world."
I have always felt very empowered by this Chinese proverb because it reminds me that peace in this world begins with me! As you join with your loved ones this Holiday Season, may you remember that your light is what will transform the event. Don't wait to see if this gathering will be less stressful this year; you can make it different by letting your light shine. No one and nothing has to change for you to let your light shine, but the benefits you reap will change you.

God-Like Consciousness
"To be touched by a God-like experience; is to become open to a God-like consciousness..." This is one of those things that you know you could have written but didn't. Special thanks to the late, Robert A. Johnson

Too True, Too Often
I don't know what it is that you wanted to say, but this is what I would like to say;
Too True, Too Often
Too often we don't realize
What we have until it is gone
Too often we wait too late to say
"I'm sorry - I was wrong."
Sometimes it seems we hurt the ones
We hold dearest to our hearts
And we allow foolish things
To tear our lives apart.
Far too many times we let
Unimportant things into our minds
And then it's usually too late
To see what made us blind.
So be sure that you let people know
How much they mean to you
Take that time to say the words
Before your time is through.
Be sure that you appreciate
Everything you've got
And be thankful for the little things
in life that mean a lot.

Brain Washing vs Dirt
As a hypnotherapist before we can help most people we must "de-hypnotize" them first. Brain Washing can be good; no different than washing your hands or taking a bath.

How Hypnosis and Dreaming are Connected
We have awakened from a self created imagined reality because our subconscious mind has been busy processing events from the preceding day. When we dream we are in a very deep trance, quite possibly the deepest trance you have ever been in.
Dreaming gives us a clear demonstration of the remarkable imaginative power our subconscious mind possesses. This power is available to us during our waking hours as well through the practice of hypnosis. There is nothing odd or unusual about hypnosis either. It is a completely natural and healthy way to clear the mind of unwanted emotional “baggage” and stress just as dreaming is.

One Soul at a Time
Yes our economy is in the dumps; temporarily. Friends and neighbors are losing their homes, jobs, marriages and the families that they have worked so hard for. People everywhere are so stressed they don’t know what to do. We have so many responsibilities and bills with little money to pay, while not having enough time for the much needed R & R. It seems there are no answers. Is there anything we can do? Is there any way we can help?
God our Creator has given us the ability to have compassion in a demanding world. We can help these people by saying “Hi!”and lending an ear, by extending a helping hand, and showing that we do care. This isn’t just about helping those in our circle of friends from work, school or church. It’s about kindness to the old lady in the grocery store, the child on the street, the neighbor in the midst of a terrible divorce, the homeless man looking for a bit of work and those with no health insurance. One kind word, a genuine smile, or the offer of assistance can turn a dismal day around, it may be the beginning of a new way with a glimmer of optimism that the future will be all right again. We have no idea of what chaos or loss they may be in. If we listen, we realize that we aren’t so bad off after all. Everywhere we go, people are in need of a kind word, a warm smile or a lending hand.
When we allow others to share their burdens they truly do divide and become more manageable. We can listen, we can offer words of comfort, and we can visit the lonely or lend a helping hand to those in need. Sometimes a solution is simple but often inconceivable when in the midst of turmoil and strife. Offer your help, it is so much better to have offered and not succeeded than to have just past them by and felt sorry later knowing we could have made a difference. Try walking in their shoes for just a moment and hear their story. Open your heart and notice the blessings that flow back to you; knowing you did the right thing. Be bold and show your kindness, it’s not out of style it is just out of use. When we show an act of kindness both the giver and the receiver are bless with good feelings but what is most interesting is that all those that watched, they too receive an equal share of good feelings too. Bless the world with you kindness today and it will come back to you. Offer yours today and make the world just a little bit better one soul at a time. Watch those around you and when someone makes eye contact, say "Hi! How are you?" Let the conversation flow, make the connection; be a friend, they too have their story.

Physical and Emotional Thoughts and Feelings
The Physical and the Emotional types have different thought processes. The Physical first gets the thought which in turn is felt as a feeling and finally as an emotional reaction. Whereas the Emotional first get the thought which becomes the emotional feeling and then becomes a physical reaction. Very different thought processes that we had assumed are the same until now.
Priorities of the Physical and Emotional Sexual Personality Types
1. Relationships, Sex
2. Children, Family
3. Hobbies
4. Work
Emotional Sexual Behavior Priorities
1. Work
2. Hobbies
3. Family
4. Sex
Understanding one's sexual behaviour patterns is very useful especially in a relationship where the interactions can get complicated unless this model of behavior is known. The physical and the emotional have very different priorities that cause a lot of attraction but in time it get old. Even if only one partner had understanding of these behaviors many relationship problems are eased or eliminated.
Consider this scenario. She, (the Physical) felt sexually unfulfilled by his (the Emotional) apparent lack of interest as she called it. She became increasingly frantic as he became more and more disinterested, trying everything she could think of to get any kind of sexual activity as he slowly turned off. She became what is known as a "Flaming Physical". This is a common occurrence. She began wearing sexy provocative clothes and started to use sexual innuendos; he became more and more emotionally traumatized always acting like the strong quiet type as if he owned all the greatest secrets of life, love and of course sex. He controlled the relationship. She suffered. It wasn't really anybodies fault, they just didn't understand this critial way of understanding thier behaviours. Understanding this can make all the difference between happiness and divorce.
